Because annualy we invest a considerable share of sales in production plant, the age of our machinery park is well below average. When we replace or renew plant, we regard it as important to use tried-and-tested, reliable machinery and processes that ensure high quality.
Our employees are constantly integrated into development and production planning. We provide continuous process training for them, teaching them how to handle machinery and products.
